DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No you can also place an order without creating an account.
We recommend that you register for an Objet Trouvé account so that you can easily view your order history and if needed make a return.
I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD: WHAT SHOULD I DO?
You can easily reset your password by using the ‘forgot your password?” button.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
Yes you can reach us during opening hours.
WHERE CAN I FIND SIZE & FIT ADVICE?
Please find our size chart below. Please note that every item has its unique fit. We try to inform you about the fit and size in the product details in the best possible way. If you still have any questions feel free to contact us for advice.

All prices are in Euro including tax excluding shipping costs.
CAN I RESERVE AN ITEM TO BUY LATER?
No in our webshop it’s not possible to reserve an item.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?
Your order will be packed in a box or protecting seal bag. We pack your order with the greatest care.
HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING?

DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY?
Place your order before 1700 hours Dutch time and we will strive to ship it the same day. Otherwise, we will send your order within two business days.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM AND HOW CAN I TRACK DELIVERY?
We do not guarantee a certain delivery time. We will ship your order within two business days. As soon as your order has left our store, you will be notified by DHL or UPS and you will receive a track and trace code.
WILL I NEED TO PAY TAXES AND DUTIES?
Yes please note that depending on your region local taxes, import duties or other charges can occur of which Objet Trouvé, unfortunately, will not be held responsible.
HOW DO I RETURN
Please follow the instructions stated on the RETURN page.
HOW DO I PACKAGE MY ITEM FOR RETURN?
It’s best to use the original packaging for returns. If you don’t have the original bag or box anymore, make sure to pack your goods well to ensure the goods will not be damaged.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
You will receive your refund within fourteen days after you return has been approved.
WILL SHIPPING & DUTIES BE REFUNDED ON RETURN?
No the refund will be for the purchased items only, not for the initial paid shipping costs or other duties.
